TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

To secure your place on my commission list, a 25% non-refundable deposit is requested. An additional 25% as down payment is required before the commission is to be started. You may pay these together or separately. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of me starting your commission, the 25% down payment is fully refundable. After 24 hours have passed both the initial deposit and the down payment are non-refundable.

WAITING TIME

Please allow 2-6 weeks for your custom order to be completed, with smaller pieces having a much shorter turnaround time compared to larger ones. I may be able to expedite your order for an additional fee if it's needed sooner.

REVISIONS

​

You may request up to five (5) revisions if you are not fully satisfied with your commission. Any additional revision will require a charge of 10% of the total price. If, after revisions, you are still not satisfied and no longer want the artwork, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. The amount already paid will not be refunded as to compensate me for my time and resources spent. The portrait may be resold at my discretion once abandoned.

TAX

All sales taxes relevant to the sale of the commission service and any relevant physical product are already included in the base price of each portrait. Please note, additional third-party taxes may apply when making payments online.

SHIPPING

​

All physical orders are shipped to the address provided. Shipment time will vary depending on commission type and whether I have to place an order from a third-party to print your artwork.

For delivery within the United States, there is no additional charge for shipping. For customers residing outside of the United States, there is a shipping charge which will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the package. An estimate based on your initial specifications will be given to you before any dues are to be paid. The full and correct shipping amount can only be provided once the finished portrait has been packaged and weighed.
